Happy Birthday, J! We planned a little surprise lunch for our birthday girl today. I mentioned yesterday that we were having a ladies breakfast this morning, and we had privately invited all of the ladies to stay for a special lunch and cupcakes.
Mom made some amazing barley soup and we had chips and salad.

N. wanted to do something fun and memorable, so those who chose to join made collages. The local laundromat has piles of magazines people can take, and soon everyone chose a theme and started clipping.
It was a great day, but now I am so tired!
